Terms of Service

1. General Agreement & Sovereignty

Welcome to ASRAR Diamonds. By accessing our Maison, participating in our exclusive auctions, or engaging in a bespoke commission, you are bound by these Terms of Service. ASRAR reserves the right to evaluate and approve all client relationships to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our clientele. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Authenticity & Provenance Verification

We unconditionally guarantee the authenticity of every diamond we curate. Our commitments include:

• GIA Certification: Every diamond exceeding 0.50 carats is accompanied by its original, unalterable Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grading report.
• Conflict-Free Guarantee: 100% adherence to the Kimberley Process. We strictly source natural, earth-mined diamonds from verified, ethical origins.
• No Synthetics: ASRAR maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards lab-grown or synthetic diamonds. We trade exclusively in natural rarities.

3. Bespoke Commissions & Production

Our bespoke journey is an intimate collaboration. The terms governing custom creations are as follows:

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to initiate stone sourcing and 3D CAD rendering.
• Upon your final approval of the CAD model, production commences. Due to the highly customized nature of these pieces, cancellations or structural modifications are strictly prohibited after this point.
• The remaining 50% balance must be cleared via bank transfer or escrow before physical delivery is orchestrated.

4. Auction Mechanics & Escrow Protocol

Participation in ASRAR exclusive auctions requires pre-registration and financial verification. All bids are legally binding contracts. Winning bidders must transfer the hammer price (inclusive of the buyer's premium and applicable VAT) to our designated Tier-1 Escrow account within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. Title of ownership transfers only upon final settlement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While ASRAR ensures flawless craftsmanship, we are not liable for damage incurred post-delivery due to negligence, improper cleaning, or third-party alterations. Any modification of an ASRAR piece by an unverified third-party jeweler immediately voids our lifetime warranty and service agreements.
