1. Sovereign Logistics & White-Glove Transport

The transit of a world-class diamond requires the same level of precision as its cutting. ASRAR does not employ standard mail carriers. Every creation is entrusted exclusively to our elite network of private, armed logistical partners (e.g., Brink's Global Services, Malca-Amit). Transport within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is entirely complimentary and executed with absolute discretion.

2. Comprehensive Transit Insurance

From the moment your diamond leaves our secure vault until it physically rests in your hands, it is 100% insured against loss, theft, or damage by Lloyd's of London (or an equivalent top-tier underwriter). Your financial exposure during transit is absolute zero.

3. International Courier Operations

For our esteemed international clientele, ASRAR coordinates secure cross-border logistics. Please be advised:

• The buyer is solely responsible for all international import duties, VAT, and customs tariffs levied by their sovereign jurisdiction.
• Our legal department ensures all export documentation (including Kimberley Process Certificates) is flawlessly prepared to prevent border delays.

4. The Return & Exchange Protocol

We recognize that acquiring fine jewelry is a highly personal decision. For ready-to-wear pieces from our Maison Collection, ASRAR permits a 14-day evaluation window. Returns are only authorized under the following strict parameters:

• Pristine Condition: The piece must be entirely unworn, unaltered, and completely free of micro-scratches or damage, as determined by our master gemologists under 10x magnification.
• Documentation: The original GIA certificate must be returned in perfect, uncreased condition. A lost or damaged GIA certificate incurs a mandatory $1,500 recertification penalty deducted from the refund.
• Exemptions: Due to their nature, all bespoke commissions, personalized engravings, and auction lots are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for return.
